My first Guiding Light Weekend will certainly be a memory not to be forgotten. The weekend began at the Lunch With Beth for which I bid on a seat. I was one of five fans to win a spot at an intimate gathering with Beth and a few other friends from the show. All I can say is wow! Beth Chamberlain is nicer than I could ever imagine. Her guests included Michael O'Leary, Yvonna Wright, and Grant Alexsander!

The St. Jude event was not held this year--and I don't really know why. The GLFC weekend kicked off with Beth Chamberlin's Charity Luncheon. (I'm her fan club co-president along with Diane). We auctioned 5 seats for lunch with her and some surprise guests. The total raised was $1000!!!! Grant and Sherry Alexander came as did Michael O'Leary and Yvonne Wright.
