They plan to print these messages about the show, the characters and what Guiding Light means to the viewers and deliver them to Ellen Wheeler and P&G. The Fan letters can be a way of giving fuel to the fight to save the show. If you would like to participate in this effort which is open to all Guiding Light Fans please email your thoughts and comments about Guiding Light to Beth at BethChamberlinOFC@yahoo.com. as soon as possible and her fan club presidents will forward those emails to her. This way you can be sure your letters will be hand delivered to Ellen Wheeler and Procter & Gamble. If you prefer, continue to directly write P&G and Ellen Wheeler. I am really glad because that way we will be sure that our letters are going to be delivered in the right hands. I can tell you that we are not giving up. I am from Canada and here you have a large public! I can not live without GL, I have been watching for more 28 years and I really need it! GL is the best and since the past few months it is getting better and better...Anyway I will write to you! Thank you for your good work and for being our "Beth". I have been so sad....for the actors, their families, the crew, the fans...and ME! None of us can find our way without our "Guiding Light!" I hope we can find a new home.

I have watched each show. I love my show and I can't imagine saying goodbye to this show and my family of characters. I have never blogged, joined a fan club or wrote letters before for any show in my life, but we can't loose our show. I t has been a part of my life for most of my life and I can't imagine my life without it. I have already written letters to the P&G execs listed in the blog and I have tried to find any sites I can to support the continuation of Guiding Light. thank you for helping and if there is anything else I can please let me know. How terrible it is to pull a show that has been in existance for so long.
