Wal-Mart just started carrying a 5lb kettlebell made by the Danskin company!! It's darling in pink and perfect for us lightweights who are too puny and out-of-shape to use the 10lb kb. Now----I just need to get my lazy butt OFF the couch and up & moving to Beth's excellent workout! laura
